Tourism Visa Application
Issued for single entries targeting leisure, sightseeing, or family visits within the territory.
- Required Documents:
- Passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
- Photocopy of the first and second pages of the passport
- Two (2) passport-size photo
- Work certificate
- Certificate of Leave
- A round-trip ticket
- Hotel reservations
- A valid and current bank account statement.
- Visa Form (obtained at the Embassy/Consulate)
Business Visa Application
Issued for single entry commercial discussions, negotiations, board meetings, and partnership agreements.
- Requirements:
- Fill out the passport application form (obtained at the Embassy)
- Three (3) colored photographs (passport size)
- Old passport (original)
- A copy of old passport pages
- Residential permit in the local country (Gambia)
Seminars & Workshops Visa
Granted to foreigners visiting Indonesia to attend professional seminars, workshops, or global academic forums.
- Required Documents:
- Passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
- Photocopy of the first and second pages of the passport
- Two (2) passport-size photo
- Work Certificate
- Letter from sponsor/event organizer
- Letter of invitation
- A round-trip ticket
- Hotel reservations
- A valid and current bank account statement.
- Visa Form (obtained at the Embassy/Consulate)
Diplomatic & Service Visa
Granted exclusively to diplomatic/official passport holders or UN Laissez-Passer for assignments. Period of stay is up to 60 days.
- Required Documents:
- Fill out the visa application form (obtained at Embassy/Consulate).
- Original passport valid at least 6 months upon arrival.
- Attach a copy of the diplomatic card issued by the local Government
- Two color photographs (white background)
- Copies of round-trip tickets and travel plans
- Attach an official Verbal/Diplomatic Note
What is Visa on Arrival (VoA)?
Foreigners can apply for this visa upon arrival in Indonesia if their nationality is included on the visa-on-arrival list (covering 68+ countries). A holder of Visit Visa on Arrival is given a 30-day stay and can be extended at the Immigration Office once for an additional 30 days.
